Summary
Dynamic balance electric control valve is a new generation products that different from traditional electric control valve, that collects dynamic balance and electric regulation together. As following figure shows, during the flow system with big fluctuation load, when the system pressure changes, the pressure difference (P1-P3) of dynamic balance control valve will always change.
¡ô When the inlet pressure P1 ascends, (P1-P2) increases, the electric valve core moves upwards to reduce the opening between P1 and P2. the valve core pressure P2 reduces; when the inlet pressure P1 descends, (P1-P2) opening increases, valve core pressure P2 ascends. So regardless of changes of system pressure, P2 and P3 pressure difference still unchanged through the regulation of electric valve core. So the capacity of resisting disturbance is strong, with function of keeping dynamic balance.
¡ô When the electric actuator receive the control signal to rotary the valve shaft to R direction, opening of P2 and P3 changes. So no matter how the pressure difference (P1-P3) changes, the pressure difference between P2 and P3 is still remain unchanged, so the position with any opening, the transport flow is constant, and the actual flow curve of electric regulating valve is same as the flow curve at any time, without any deviation, so it has better regulation characters than traditional electric control valve.
