Operational principle£º ¡ô The internal control component could control the flow area in the valve plug with the change of water pressure in two ends, keep the flow constant. From the point of view of hydrodynamics, the dynamic flow balance valve is equivalent to a restricting element could change the partial resistance. To the fluid fails to compress, the flow equation is simplified as: Q=K¡¤A¡¤¡Ì¡÷P ¡ô Q: Flow through balance valve ¡ô K: One coefficient relevant to fluid medium and valve opening, called viscous resistance coefficient ¡ô A: flow area of valve plug ¡ô ¡÷P: inlet and outlet pressure difference of valve ¡ô When the fluid medium is confirmed, K is only relevant to the opening (shape of open) of flow in valve plug, to the open curve of same shape, K value is approximate invariant. Just ensure A.¡÷P1/2 constant to keep Q unchanged. The dynamic flow balance vale ensures such value constant through regulating A size when ¡÷P changes. |
Principle of structure: |
¡ô Dynamic flow balance valve¡¯s application is mainly on the primary regulation of system, such as primary distribution of central air-condition and water-heating supply. It is composed of valve chest and core, the core is automatic regulating orifice plate, which is composed of valve liner and high precise spring. The spring could control the flow area in the valve liner according to different pressure in two ends, to keep the flow constant. ¡ô When the front and back pressure difference of the balance valve is lesser than min start pressure difference, such condition, the spring will not be compressed (the valve linder has pretightening force at assembly), the valve liner is on stationary state but with max flow area. The water flow will be increased by the increasing of pressure difference. ¡ôWhen the front and back pressure difference is within nominal working range, the valve liner apex starts to compress the spring under the action of flow, the balance valve enters into working status. Within such working pressure, if the flow pressure changes, the curve excess channel in the valve liner will change, so within such pressure range, no matter the pressure changes, the output flow is still remain unchanged. ¡ô When the front and back pressure difference is above the working range: the spring in the valve liner will be completely compressed, the water could only flows through round holes in two sides, the flow area will keep constant, the flow is proportionate to the pressure difference, which increases with the enlargement of pressure difference. |
Explanation on installation£º This product is fit to following various electric valve and ball valve, please keep the flow direction of valve as same as the arrow in the balance valve, just tighten the product with the screw in the valve. |
