The controller is mainly used to control the water temperature at the outlet of the heat exchanger, compare the temperature detected by the sensor with the set value, output corresponding voltage signal according to the result of the comparison, as to control the electric operation of the valve , maintain hot water temperature at desired range . ¡ô When the temperature detected by the sensor lower than set temperature, the temperature controller output signal, the electric control valve runs by way of proportional plus integral, thus flow in the electric regulating valve increases; conversely, when the temperature detected by the sensor is higher than the set value of temperature controller, the temperature controller output signal, the electric control valve runs by way of proportional plus integral, thus flow in the electric regulating valve decreases; when the temperature detected by the sensor is close or equal to the set temperature, the flow passing through the electric control valve is stable. Hot water circulating pump links with electric control valve, when the hot water circulation pump is started, the temperature controller power turns on, the system is under control. |
