Control theory and action description on Fan Coil Thermostat £¨LCD, mechanical thermostat, electric valve£©

¡ô System Control: Three-speed switch installed in the room needs to adjust temperature, it has a high, medium and low (or 3,2,1) and close such four positions, you can directly control the opening and closing system.
¡ô Temperature control: When the three-speed switch in the 3,2,1 positions, regulate room temperature through controlling the open and close switches in the electric valve.
¡ô Electric control valve: the action of electric valve is directly controlled by the three-speed switch, when the three-speed switch is in the 3,2,1 "ON" position, the electric valve is energized, the valve opens, supply cold or hot water to the coil; while three-speed switch in the "OFF" position, the electric valve lost power, the valve closes.
¡ô Fan control: When the three-speed switch on 3,2,1 "ON" position, three-speed switch could perform high, medium and low grade speed regulation on fan through another change-over switch.

¡ô System Features: The system is simple to adjust, with low investment, and has the effect of energy saving but low control accuracy, suitable for the place with less demanding conditioned comfort.

¡ô System control : temperature controller installed in room needs to adjust temperature, it has ON / OFF position, you can directly control the system .
¡ô Temperature control: There is temperature setting knob in the shell of temperature controller, with temperature range between 10 ¡æ ~ 30 ¡æ, there are two pairs contactors inside. In summer, dial the switch on the thermostat "COOL" , fan coil supplies cold water, when the room temperature drops to set value, one pair contactors disconnect, the electric valve de-energized , the valve closes. When the room temperature is higher than the knob setting, another pair of contactor close, the electric valve is energized, the valve opens. Conversely, in winter, dial the switch on the thermostat "HEAT", fan coil supply hot water, when the room temperature rises to the set value, one of the contactor disconnects, the electric valve de-energized , the valve closes. When the room temperature is below the set value, another pair of contactor close, the electric valve is energized, the valve opens. So as to keep the room temperature within set range in summer and winter.
¡ô Electric valve control: the electric valve is directly controlled by the electric thermostat, when the electric valve is energized, the valve opens, it supplies cold water or hot water to coil; the valve closes when the electric valve is de-energized. So as to keep the room temperature within set range.
¡ô Fan control : When the thermostat is in "ON" position, you can regulate the speed at high, medium and low through another change-over switch. When the thermostat is in "OFF" position, the electric valve is closed. Also the fan circuit is cut off.
¡ô System Features : there are two access pipes, one is for cold water in summer, another one for hot water in winter. The room temperature controlled by system is small in temperature difference, with high accuracy, basically control the temperature within certain range, then regulate the blowing rate, meet higher comfort requirements.
