Summary
LQF series electric two-way ball valve is composed of valve body and driver. It has advantages of simple structure, reliable working, strong flow rate and power saving. It is widely applied to heating, central air-conditioning, solar hot water system and water treatment system for switching on or off cool and hot water; it could be also used to control low pressure steam. In which, the ball valve with B type driver could realize one line control, can be matched with all temperature controller switches and parallel operation with multi valves, is a kind of product with high rate of quality and price.

Character of structure£º
¡ô Built-in high quality inching switch, the motor is not electrified after completion of valve open and close, so it has long life and energy saving, but is very safe.
¡ô The shell is made of high strength flame-retardant engineering plastic, durable in use.
¡ô It adopts excellent PTFE sealing ring and special elastic structure in two-ends, ensure reliable sealing and prolong the life.
¡ô B type ball valve driver has built-in control circuit board to control with one line, could match with three-speed switch and realize multi valves parallel operation, save temperature controller. (special for four pipe system) |

Important warning£º
¡ô Please cut off power before installation, maintenance and repairing.
¡ô Please cut off liquid while changing valve body; open the evacuation valve of fan coil as to release pressure completely.
¡ô If the vale is leaked during use, please insulate the valve from the system and exhaust the liquid.
¡ô Select ordinary driver, one temperature controller matches only one electric vale, or any results caused will be nothing with manufacturer. | |

Request on installation and debugging:
¡ô Please read the instruction carefully before installation, ask for professional to install and connect according to wiring figure.
¡ô Two-way ball valve has no regulation on medium flow; three-way ball valve is from bottom to left or right.
¡ô The driver could be installed in any angle, but must be above valve body horizontally.
¡ô Do not apply force on the driver while installing, or it may damage the driver.
¡ô Do not apply force on spring stem that protrude the valve deck when disassemble the valve, or it may result in valve stem distortion. ¡ô The ordinary ball valve can not match with three-speed switch, only match with mechanical or electric temperature controller; Ball valve with B type driver could match with all temperature controllers.
¡ôObserve the driver is whether started or stopped reliably while debugging, if the ball rotaries continuously, exchange the driver, or the sealing life will be shorten.
¡ô Do not wrap the driver in the insulating layer. |
