¡ô Figure system: combined air conditioner control system, this system is mainly composed of proportional plus integral temperature controller, temperature sensor installed in return duct, humidity sensor, cold/hot electric control valve, humidity control valve and driver. The controller is used to compare the temperature dected by the sensor and the humidity sensor with set temperature and humidity, output voltage signal according to comparison result, as to control the motion of electric control valve, keep the supply air temperature and humidity in the range of needs. ¡ô The fan in the figure is controlled by the electronic control box, when a fire, the fan automatically cuts off the power, turns off the electric valve, electric air valve, when the fan starts a new air damper fully opens, the temperature controller power is turned on, the whole system is controlled; cut off the fan power, the fan stops and the new air damper closes, the electric valve closes. This system has pipes freezing measures, antifreezing temperature could be adjusted at 2 ~ 7 ¡æ, when the surface temperature of pipe reaches this point, the valve opens automatically to provide hot water to prevent pipe cracking . | |
